• Get Healthy offers you up to ten FREE and confidential coaching calls over a period of six months. Your coach keeps in touch by telephone on a regular basis and at times that suit you, between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• You can discuss issues that make it difficult to improve your health, discuss ideas and tips to make you feel better and develop a plan that is achievable.
• Your coach understands that there are barriers to achieving better health and helps you identify them.

Pregnancy is a great time to make changes to be as healthy as possible for your benefit and the benefit of your baby. Get Healthy in Pregnancy coaches will focus on lifestyle factors such as healthy eating and maintaining an active lifestyle which is safe for you and your baby. They will provide you with expert advice to help you set goals to maintain healthy weight gain in pregnancy and beyond. They can also help you after your baby is born.

The Australasian College of Paramedicine recognises the vital role which research plays in the development of the discipline of paramedicine and in advancing patient care outcomes. This award recognises a student who demonstrates excellence in research while undertaking the paramedic science degree at Flinders University.

The Australasian College of Paramedicine Award for Research Excellence will be awarded to the student who achieves the highest overall final grade in the topic PARA3004: Research Fundamentals for Contemporary Paramedicine in the Bachelor of Paramedic Science. In the event of two or more eligible students receiving the same final grade for the topic, the prize will be awarded to the student who has the highest grade point average (GPA) attained in topics undertaken towards the paramedic degree.
