This was my first visit to the Florence ER and overall I was treated very well. Almost everyone was really kind, others didn’t say much as they took me for tests but they were thorough and got me back home in a few hours. Dr Cortes was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. If I was sick and in that much pain I would go there first!

My trip to the ER at Florence Hospital was outstanding. I was treated very well, checked in within 15-20 min, was attended to very quickly and diagnosed. I would not hesitate to return if necessary, and I would recommend them to any friends or family.

Was seen today at Florence er , was very clean and the staff was every nice I wish I was better at names I'd give them a shout out but my male nurse , my ekg specialist, CT scan tech front desk ladies and doctor Cortes were so great , probably the best er visit iv had ! Ty for being kind , communicative every step of the way and understanding . I felt comfortable and that goes a long way when putting your care in the hands of others .
