It’s been nearly 2 years I have been coming to Franciscan hospital at different department to provide in-person interpretation services. Overall, people are very kind, nice, professional. I am very happy whenever I come. There are one or two employees who are not nice but understandable considering everyone has bad days. Compared to IU, just interacting with the people who work here make a pleasant environment 👏🙏🎉

On Monday, I visit the ER at Franciscan hospital after previously visiting another hospital on Thursday Upon arrival I was promptly provided with a wheelchair and received excellent care from the wonderful PA.,who insured I would be seen by a specialist,while waiting in the reclining chair room, volunteer Joe S. continued offering warm blankets and refreshments. I was impressed by the kindness politeness and compassion of the nurses and staff. I will never darken the doors of the other ER again.~Penny FriendBerty
