Today I went to this clinic for the first time. The reception team called me to confirm information I submitted online through the intake process, asked me to come 15 minutes early. I went in for my appointment today the front desk team was polite, attentive, and processed me and the other patient that came soon after me quickly. The nurse that processed my intake had great people skills and efficiently checked my vitals and checked me in. Dr Sherpa visited me to review my concerns and recommended a course of action to improve my health outcomes. Everywhere I turned I was met with professionalism, expertise and help. This visit gave me the outcomes I was hoping for.
