1. I recently had to visit the Emergency Department at Georgetown Hospital, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, the triage nurse, Elizabeth, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. The RN and doctor who attended to me were equally outstanding, demonstrating a high level of responsiveness and genuine concern for my well-being. Their professionalism and compassionate care made a stressful situation much more manageable. I am deeply grateful for the excellent service provided by the entire team. 2. I recently had my son at Georgetown Hospital and I can’t say enough about the experience. From my Dr.’s excellent bedside manner and care to the exceptional nursing staff, I was so impressed and happy. Dr. Ade-Conde provided exceptional care throughout my pregnancy and delivery, honestly an amazing Dr. Olivia my delivery nurse was amazing, thoughtful, attentive, and very thorough. The night nurse Elaine was honestly so kind and caring ensuring I was properly cared for. This is not my first birthing experience, but it was the first at Georgetown Hospital and honestly my best experience. What a difference getting proper care with compassion, just an amazing team all around. Thank you all for making our experience a great one.
