Ghiyashi Charity Hospital is located on the southwestern outskirts of Greater Tehran in the densely populated area of ​​Vali-Asr town, close to the southern and southwestern exit axes. This hospital has an area of ​​approximately 20,000 square meters and a total infrastructure of 17,000 square meters on 5 floors with a basement.
This hospital is a non-profit medical center and is under the high supervision of the Endowment and Charity Affairs Organization and is supported by sponsors and benefactors, and all the income of this charity hospital is spent on matters related to the hospital's expenses and charitable affairs in line with the intentions of the benevolent benefactor. Highways and roads around the hospital lead to nearby towns and densely populated areas. The residents of this area are mostly low-income people, without income, and in need of accessible medical and healthcare services. It was upon learning of the needs of the people of this region that the late Haj Ali Naghi Ghiyashi, the father of the founders of Ghiyashi Charity Hospital, determined in his will in 1952 that one-third of his entire estate would be allocated to establish a charity organization in the Naghi Abad and Saffarand regions, i.e. the current location of the hospital, to help the needy and orphans.
