Goa Medical College (GMC), established in 1842 as Escola Medico Cirurgica da Goa, is one of Asia’s oldest medical institutions. Located in Bambolim, Goa, it is affiliated with Goa University and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). GMC offers undergraduate (MBBS), postgraduate (MD/MS), super-speciality, and allied health courses. The college is renowned for its historical legacy, advanced infrastructure, and comprehensive clinical exposure through its attached 1,500-bed hospital and 540-bed superspecialty block.
