Had to leave a review because I saw all of the negative comments before going. I was in Grand Hospital Roma last night. Turns out I have a fractured rib. The nurses, doctors and technicians were incredibly nice and attentive. They took great care of me and I was charged hardly anything for the consultation and X-rays and prescription. It was as good of a hospital visit as I could have hoped for.

Went in for a choking hazard. From the reception, to the security, and hospital staff they all treated me with great care and were able to quickly and effectively diagnose the issue. The doctor took his time to explain his diagnosis/triage, gave me a shot to stabilize pain and inflammation along with an at home solution that I picked up at the local pharmacy. 5/5 recommend this place for hospital needs in Roma/CDMX. Excellent customer service from the nursing, kitchen, surgeons, anesthesiologists, in short, from all the Hospital staff, from the moment you arrive they take care of you wonderfully. My wife was treated Excellent, she had a very good taste in her mouth, I didn't expect anything less from the staff, the facilities and services they offer were excellent.
