1. I had an outstanding experience during my delivery at Grand River Hospital. The staff were incredibly caring and supportive throughout the entire process. As it was my first delivery, I was understandably very nervous, but the nurses and doctors provided exceptional care and helped to calm me down during the labor pains. Their kindness and professionalism made a significant difference in my experience. The hospital environment was positive and exceptionally clean, further adding to my comfort. Every nurse I encountered was not only highly skilled but also genuinely supportive and compassionate. I cannot praise the team at Grand River Hospital enough for making my first delivery such a positive experience.

2. Had the best and quickest emergency room experience we ever had, after my girlfriend fell off her bike. Registration was fast, diagnosis was fast, got stitches and X-Rays done within an hour, and we were out the door even before my parking ticket ran out. And everyone was super friendly, with us and with each other. A truly great experience, and at least a high point of an unlucky day. Thanks!

3. My husband had hip surgery on October 30th. From his surgery to his follow up appointments I have nothing but high praise for everyone we encountered. Dr. Rhee has the best bedside manners on top of being a wonderful surgeon. All the nurses who took care of hubby were outstanding. X-ray technicians were friendly and big shout out to the volunteers on the second floor. Our first encounter was with a volunteer who was taking names to be assisted with the check in for their appointments. I even mentioned to this volunteer that it was so nice to be met with such kindness. Keep it up! Appreciate all of you.
