1. Overall, my experience was very good. I was particularly impressed with the nursing staff. They can’t control wait times but they did keep me updated about how things were moving along and were friendly, polite, and interested in getting me care when it was possible. Emergency staff can’t control how many people come in or how many staff there are to serve them. What they can do is help patients manage the wait by communicating how things are going in the back, which is what they did.
The doctor who done my surgery he is very kind n polite n his team is also so good they done everything very nicely n cleanly my overall experience is good with this hospital

November 2022
My baby was born at The Grey Nuns Hospital.
As a First Nations woman, I heard so many horror stories of First Nations Woman being treated very poorly at other hospitals in Edmonton, Alberta.
I was treated with love & compassion from the doctor's & nurses.
The staff was super friendly towards me they helped me in any way they could. I really enjoyed the nurses there.
I never experienced anything bad the whole time I was there, and I am so grateful for that.
I had a wonderful birth with beautiful memories of the stay while I was there.
I would like to thank the staff in the maternity level for taking such good care of my child and I.
I recommend this hospital! They treat all walks of life with the love and compassion any human being deserves.
May creator bless these beautiful women who helped deliver my baby.
I hope your stay here will be just as good as mine. ππ₯°
