Hamad Pediatric Emergency Centers (PECs), operated by Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), serve as Qatar’s central hubs for urgent and emergency medical care for children up to 14 years old. Operating round the clock, PECs are equipped to handle moderate to severe pediatric emergencies, providing care for acute, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. These centers are an essential part of the national emergency and trauma system, offering a child-friendly, specialized environment.

  • Assessment and management of medical, surgical, and trauma emergencies for pediatric patients (0–14 years)
