About Us :

Established in 1997, Hanoi French Hospital (HFH) was the first international hospital in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam. Initially a joint venture between Bach Mai Hospital and an Australian company, it became fully French-owned in 2000. The hospital is managed by an experienced international team and employs both international and Vietnamese medical experts. If I could, I would give the hospital more than 5 stars. My friend had a life-threatening accident and was admitted to the French Hospital. His condition was very critical, so he had to undergo emergency surgery and spend a long time in the intensive care unit. It is very hygienic and very, very warm. I wasn't there myself, but I know that he was in good hands. Without this warmth, he would have ended up in depression. The doctors were always caring and loving. The nurses always tried to cheer him up and always wore gloves and were generally responsive to his needs. It was a very formative time for us and when he talks about the staff at the French Hospital, his eyes light up. We are from Germany and can say that the hospital is BETTER than a European hospital. Many thanks to the entire team. We cannot express our gratitude in words. We really appreciate your work. Much love from us.

I was recently admitted to Hanoi French Hospital for IV treatment, and I can confidently say that the care I received was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness—all the while performing their professional tasks flawlessly, and communicating fluently in English, which made the entire experience seamless. The facilities are top-notch, providing a clean and comfortable environment. What stood out most, however, was the dedicated team of doctors and nurses, who regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their proactive approach made all the difference. A special mention must also go to the excellent food service—a diverse menu offering both Western and Vietnamese dishes, which seems to be a rare find in hospital settings. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hanoi French Hospital to anyone in northern Vietnam seeking high-quality, patient-centered healthcare.
