The triage nurse was so kind and helpful (and busy). There was also a woman at the lobby desk who was so compassionate, asking if I wanted a warm blanket etc. since I had to sit in the lobby (no room available). She was just really sweet to care and check. No one wants to be in the emergency room but if I had to be those two stood out as really special. ~Wes Myers

Kathy was SO FRIENDLY and calming, not to mention efficient. She made my intake and prep experience less stressful. Jody in the OR was EXACTLY the person I needed. She held my hand and got me a warm blanket…two things for which I am still so very grateful. I needed her strength when she gave it totally! I hope they get this feedback!
