1. The best oncology hospital in HCMC. It is pretty good. Five stars are for the doctors and one star for the services. The doctors are nice and very good. However, the services here are extremely bad. In fact, for example, my Mom from Quang Ngai had a meeting with a doctor at BVUB (CS1, 3 No Trang Long, Binh Thanh) on May 24, 2021. When she came there, an instructor told her to come to CS2 in D.9, which is 17km away from the original meeting they made (without noticing my Mom before), then do a simple test for Covid-19 and then go home to wait for the result before meeting the doctor at CS2. I wonder why they can not do this simple task it in CS1 and send the results to CS2. If they change the appointment, they should notice the patient, but they did NOT and the officers said that the announcement was on the website. Also, my Mom went to CS2 in D.9 to get the result as requested, then a staff asked to come to CS1 at BT. But when my Mom went to CS1 at BT, once again they asked to come back to CS2. In summary, some staffs even did not know what they instructed to the patients, just give some confusing answers and done their jobs.
2. It is heavily overloaded, but the staffs and doctor are much more friendly. Best place regarding oncology in HCMC
