I am confident to say that this is the best private hospital in Medan. Even though payment uses BPJS, the service is extraordinary, everyone is friendly. starting from the security guard who was always ready to help, without being asked he was immediately quick to ask what he could do to help. The cleaning service is also clean, the nurses always provide good service, even though there may be some nurses who have dirty faces, but it seems like it's just their faces that are annoying, but they're actually good. The downside is that it's normal, if BPJS the hospital will definitely be crowded, then there won't be enough rooms and patients will have to queue to get a room immediately. yeah, that's normal.-Eky
