General Information

The Information Desk is located inside the main entrance. Attendants are available to assist with room direction and other information.

Patient Billing

A customer service representative is available to answer specific financial questions or to receive a payment Monday through Friday in the lobby of the Women’s Pavilion.

Smoking

Hoag is a smoke, vapor and tobacco-free campus. No smoking is allowed.

Automatic Teller Machines (ATM’s)

ATM’s are available in the convenience center in the cafeteria.

US Mail Drops

US Mail drop boxes are located at the main entrance of the hospital and in the convenience center in the cafeteria.

Concerns or Questions

If there is a concern regarding patient care, please notify the patient’s caregiver or a supervisor. Patient Relations representatives can assist with patient rights, problems or concerns, interpretation of hospital policy and procedure, or lost items. The Patient Relations staff is available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at 949-764-8220. If you need immediate assistance after regular business hours, contact the charge nurse or nurse supervisor. They can be reached by calling the hospital operator at 949-764-HOAG (4624)
