1. They have international section on 4th floor which was comforting. We saw an otolaryngologist. He was very caring and informative. The consultation was around 400, maybe they charge foreigners a little higher but that is unimportant compared to service.
2. Our son needed stitches in his foot after he cut it at the beach.
The staff from the very first parking attendant to the doctor who did the stitches were all friendly and helpful. They spoke pretty good English and were able to tell us what was going to happen and what we needed to do for the aftercare.
We were seen straight away and were only in there for about an hour total. They let us check the cut at every stage e.g after they had cleaned it and after the stitches.
The hospital itself was clean and tidy. We were worried about what we would find due to other reviews and what we'd heard but the worries were unfounded.
We were able to pay for the treatment and get the antibiotics at the same place (all in all it cost £41).
