I went for a sleep apnea examination at the Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) department and met Master Doctor Hoàng Nguyá» n Quang Nguyên. The doctor was very attentive, gentle, and thorough. He advised me to undergo nasal septoplasty because my nasal septum is deviated. I feel very fortunate to have met Dr. Nguyên. I sincerely thank him and Hoàn Má»č Hospital for their dedicated, modern, and fast service. ( dang quanchi )
Excellent, kind, attentive staff. I was able to see an English speaking doctor and most of the staff spoke some level of English. Treatment was fast and inexpensive. I spent about $100 total (with no insurance) for multiple labs, an ultrasound, consultation, and 6 different medications. I was able to get the ultrasound and bloodwork done without much waiting time, and the results came back within an hour. From walking in to getting medication, I was only there 3 hours despite how busy the hospital was. The doctor listened to me and my concerns with compassion and care and the nurses were attentive and helpful (and directed me where to go when I was confused). Overall an excellent experience.
