1. Highly recommended. Excellent service.
We are tourists, just landed in Hanoi and my wife had a high fever, headache etc.
The support and service from arrival to leaving was professional, efficient, and stress free.
Examined by a doctor right away, there was translator, communication was fine. They only did the tests that the doctor deemed necessary, ie: they didn’t do unnecessary tests to get more money from us.
While waiting for the test results, the patient is provided food, at no cost, in their 4th floor restaurant. The restaurant is a lovely and relaxing environment.
All the staff made the entire experience calming and without stress. And we were in and out in under 90mins. Couldn’t ask for better service.
2. I was very skeptical and scared to go to a foreign hospital but I was super super pleasantly surprised! I was helped right away with an English translator and they were extremely efficient, friendly, and helpful. I had a stomach bug and they were able to make me feel at ease within minutes.
