Remarkable ER experience and care! I recently visited Florence Hospital’s ER on a Sunday due to sudden, severe nausea, and I’m grateful for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive and compassionate. Despite the busy ER, they made sure I was as comfortable as possible while waiting to be seen. The nurses, Stacia and Marcos were not only skilled but also empathetic, making me feel at ease during a stressful experience. Dr. Zamora listened carefully to my symptoms and quickly identified the best course of treatment, which provided me with much-needed relief. The entire team worked efficiently, yet never rushed, taking time to explain everything in detail. I left feeling cared for and well-informed about my next steps. Great doctors and staff. I had an accident with one of my pieces of locksmithing equipment and had to seek emergency treatment. The hospital admittance staff treated us very quickly and I was seen by a doctor in less than 5 minutes. Great location and not busy. Very professional staff and got my hand treated properly.
