Hospicio Hospital, established in 1855, is one of Goa’s oldest and most prominent government hospitals. Serving as the main district hospital for South Goa, it has recently expanded and shifted major services to the new South Goa District Hospital complex at Fatorda, Margao. The hospital is managed by the Directorate of Health Services, Government of Goa, and provides comprehensive secondary care with a patient-centric approach, modern infrastructure, and a commitment to affordable, quality healthcare for all residents and visitors in South Goa.
