Dr. Illian and his staff are amazing. They made our stay here unforgettable. Chef Edwardo in the cafeteria stayed after closing time just to make a bunch of us supper and that meal was Delicious, not only this time, bet every time he cooked for us!!! Beto was amazing & tended to our every need! The night gentleman that changed out my daughters IV & gave her, her meds was amazing. If we could have all our medical care at Hospital BC, there’s no doubt that we would. We never expected this trip to go the way it did, but we have met so many wonderful people that we now can call family!❤️ We are so blessed to have crossed paths with you all!! Thank you all for taking such excellent care of me & my girl!!!

Had a wonderful experience! It started with the pick up from the airport. Driver kept in contact with me the whole time. Once I arrived for my pre-op testing was treated by each and every staff member with kindness. Beto the valet was very helpful with navigating all my needs. Dr. Illian was amazing to work with, he explained everything in detail and was there for any and all questions. The nursing staff was amazing as well, very helpful and caring. I would recommend treatment at Hospital BC, it has been better than any care in the US hands down!

I am leaving tomorrow and so far my care has been great! The people here are prompt, professional, kind, and so very encouraging. I have not felt judged and they have been so very active in my recovery. Dr. Illan was so kind. Anesthesia was great and so welcoming. Everyone has been so helpful and I would definitely recommend this experience to others. Louis and Beto were the best!! The only down side was the traffic but nothing anyone could do about that ;)
