About Us :

Centre Hospitalier Emile Mayrisch (CHEM) is the largest hospital in southern Luxembourg, operating across three main sites: Esch-sur-Alzette, Niederkorn, and Dudelange. CHEM provides 24/7 emergency services, multidisciplinary intensive care, and a comprehensive technical platform with state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment equipment. With over 1,800 employees and more than 250 doctors, CHEM treats over 140,000 patients annually and is one of Luxembourg’s top 20 employers. CHEM is committed to human values, continuous quality improvement, and sustainable development. It is home to the National Radiotherapy Center François Baclesse and the National Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Center. The hospital is also leading the development of the innovative "Südspidol" project, a future-oriented hospital for the region.
