I was concerned going to Mexico for surgery because of the unknown but Hospital Ciba was amazing. The staff were very caring and I would say 98% of them spoke English. (My Spanish is very rusty so this was very helpful). This hospital was clean, clean, clean!! I think our garbage in our room was emptied about 3 times a day. The floors were frequently being mopped and the room was very nice. Especially the spacious bathroom. There is not an elevator but they kindly took our luggage up the one flight of stairs. The rest of the time we were being wheeled around so it didn't matter. Dr. Edwin Guerrero was our surgeon and I also cannot say enough wonderful things about him either. 5 stars all around.

Coming from Wisconsin and not knowing what to expect - I was pleasantly surprised. From the time you walk in you are greeted and everyone who works with you is super friendly and patient. The hospital is so clean. Dr. Guerrero did my surgery and I couldn't be happier with all of the help post-op.
