I got relief here because of a high-risk birth, I had my check-up at a private hospital and when I arrived here by transfer I came with all the fear in the world because everyone says the worst about public hospitals. Fortunately for me it went wonderfully, I spent 3 days at Toco, all the nurses were super attentive to me at all times. When I moved to the floor I also had very good staff, everything was always very clean, the floor facilities look like a private hospital and they always keep everything very hygienic. The only thing I can complain about is that there is no hot water 🥲 and after a cesarean section, the first thing they ask is that you take a bath so that the wound does not become infected. From then on all the doctors and nurses were very kind. The period I was hospitalized (5 days) they lacked many supplies, but they gave the recipe to send for what was necessary and there was no major problem.

Today I went to the hospital to donate blood, since they took my data, my studies and while I donated blood everyone was very attentive and kind. For a moment I felt bad and they kept me under observation. As it was my first time attending this hospital, everyone was very friendly, from the nurses, doctors and staff.

I had surgery on March 21st and they treated me very well throughout my five-day stay. The nurses and doctors were very attentive. The room was a little unclean. The cleaners were just across the hall, mopping and cleaning. I gave the service a 5 and a 10. I was there, a 10.
