The hospital was very clean and the staff was very attentive, excellent service. My medical tourist Maritza and Carlo guided me through everything answered all my questions. My initial contact was Aileen via email and she was great! My only complaint about the hospital was that they did not give my family who was not allowed to wait in the lobby any updates in regards to my surgery but other than that everything went smooth. Doctor Siriñana was friendly and answered all my questions. My follow up visit was smooth as well not much of a wait and no line to pass back to the USA.

I love this hospital and all it’s personal. They are one awesome team of professionals that know what they are doing and know how to make you feel welcomed and safe.. Their prices are very affordable and the hospital is a 5 star 🌟 I was very happy with all my procedures done here at the Hospital de la Familia. I have gone twice in the last 2 years and my out come on the procedures have been awesome! Carlo is awesome to work with and he is there for you every step of the way, and if you have questions Carlo has answers, also Dr Sariñana is an amazing physician that knows his stuff and goes out of his way for his patients.
