Hospital Infantil de las Californias has provided comprehensive healthcare services to children and adolescents (from newborns up to 18 years old) since 1994. The hospital is dedicated to serving all children, regardless of socioeconomic status, race, or religion. It is a binational initiative responding to the need for specialized pediatric care in the San Diego-Tijuana region, treating over 4,000 patients monthly from both sides of the border. The hospital is supported by a large volunteer staff and is committed to never turning away a child for inability to pay
