1. Our Saturday night visit, post Christmas, to the emergency room was stressful, as any time one has to deal with an emergency, but the whole staff was just amazing: fast, knowledgeable, very friendly and caring, even though they had many stressful moments that night, challenging patients and as we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Big thanks! The procedures an set-up were like any other top and highly ranked hospitals in the US and the German part of Switzerland that I've visited.
2. I hit my head one month ago and ended in the Emergency Room and I had to stay one night for observation. They exlained to me they will wake me up every 2 hours and they did an amazing job, they made sure I had water and breakfast in the morning and that I could rest comfortable.
3. Thousand stars !! I was operated on the LCA (anterior cruciate ligament) by the Team of Dr. Cedric Peres and could not have done better. Fantastic! Very competent and excellent professionals! The whole team in the hospital, from the nurses, the operative block team, anesthetists, assistants, all fantastic people! Excellent hospital team, Many thanks to everyone !!
