1. It is defined with just two words, HUMAN QUALITY.
In administrative care (both personal and in all communication channels) and medical care.
Security: the security personnel are very friendly and efficient, none of them are painted, the perfect balance between strict and friendly and there are many in each sector.
Cleanliness: even the bathrooms are a luxury.
Efficiency: speed in the procedures, the fact that the shifts have a lot of waiting is due to the high demand, that is another thing, but the management is very good and in many cases very flexible.
Technology: very complete.
And they have a very nice small recreation area (even an exclusive smoking corner).
2. Incredible and beautiful hospital, very clean and tidy. A pleasure to go to this hospital. The service is very fast and very good, very attentive and kind, very cordial, very human!
I am undergoing treatment for a transplant, and I am very satisfied with the care provided so far.
There are bathrooms everywhere and they are all very clean. They have a small restaurant, cafeteria, a vaccination center and endless professionals.
