1. I went to the hospital to do a partial graft of the cornea that was done by Dr. Alain saad. My experience was wonderful. Dr. Saad is tremendously professional straight to the point and very kind and objective. I also had the chance to meet Dr. Nicole Mechleb, colleague of Dr saad. She demonstrated a lot of professionalism and ethics. My overall experience was great. The team was very helpful. The surgery was smooth And the results were wonderful. I was able to see 10/10 one week after the surgery whereas my vision was 0/10 or 1/10 at best. I am very proud to have made the right choice And thanks to my initial doctor, Dr Ziad Khweir, I was able to regain my vision.

2. I arrived in good time for my two afternoon appointments and was called somewhat in advance of the specified time. This was a nice surprise as I did not have to wait (as usually happens!) with the large number of patients who come in the afternoon, when delays can set in. The medics whom I consulted were very kind and helpful and gave me their full attention. Thank you!
