They saved my husband's life. He got excellent care! Bring your own toilet paper and a more comfortable camp chair. Their waiting room chairs are uncomfortable. And their are no chairs by the hospital bed. There are a lot of complaints about this hospital. It's a government free hospital. They can't provide everything. Family has to bring the patient blankets and pillow and such. My husband and I are both nurses from the US but he received free care here and the care was excellent. The equipment in ICU is state of the art. He was intubated for 8 days and he didn't have one bed sore. We are very happy with his care. I have no problem providing the little things like toilet paper. They did provide wet wipes, shampoo, shoer gel, tooth paste and tooth brush, which I was surprised. They probably had been donated

They take a long time to treat you in the emergency room, they don't have the attention and the equipment that is needed, the guards and doctors, very bad treatment, just like the receptionist, they treat you very quickly, they should be there to help you, otherwise they interfere with the entire hospital in general, everything is very dirty, the bathrooms, not to mention the cleaning staff, scratching their bellies just like the guards, all the people smoking at the entrance to the emergency room.
