1. As an American citizen, I have been coming to Hospital Guadalajara to see Dr. Javier Virgen for my annual exams for genuine medical care for over 5 years now. Dr. Javier Virgen is a professional doctor who is thorough with his testing and examinations. Many people are afraid to come to Tijuana for their medical needs but this hospital is clean, transparent and not driven by health insurance greed/fraud like the US medical system is. The pricing for exams and testing is pricey but reasonable compared to the US, so you have to pick your battles. I like coming here because I know my money is well spent. You are able to see the doctor, take all your exams/testing, get your results, and medicine typically all within the same day, unlike in the US, where you have to wait weeks for an appointment and days later for a result. Do not let the language barrier discourage you. Dr. Javier Virgin speaks English, and throughout the hospital, they have English translators if you need it just like how the US has Spanish translators. It is helpful to try and learn the language if you can, but not necessary. It’s not for everyone, and the day can be long, but I like knowing what’s going on with myself or my loved ones the same day. I recommend coming to Hospital Guadalajara with Dr. Javier Virgin

2. All the doctors and nurses were amazing very nice and friendly. I couldn't ask to be at a better place. They treated my sister and I like royalty. They constantly check on you to make sure your ok after surgery and definitely much better then the US hands down. I'm telling everyone I had a wonderful experience here
