Established in 1952, Hospital Infantil Albert Sabin (HIAS) is a leading pediatric hospital in Fortaleza, Ceará. Initially known as Hospital Infantil de Fortaleza, it was renamed in 1977 following a visit by Dr. Albert Sabin. HIAS specializes in high-complexity pediatric care and serves as a reference center for the North and Northeast regions of Brazil. The hospital offers a wide range of medical and surgical specialties, providing comprehensive care to children and adolescents
