1. Visiting from the US. Had to have surgery. Wonderful care the first few days. It seems the weekends are not so good. Also, the visiting hours are NOT conducive for translating and being there when you are English speaking. Now they threatened to call the police if I violated their visiting hours again! Why do they think keeping loved ones away helps in a speedier recovery or whatever reason they have. Finally discharged.
2. My mother and I had to go to the emergency department. Everyone (starting with ambulance employees) was very kind, polite, and skillful. We're very thankful.
3. I had a medical emergency and had to go to this hospital. I don’t speak very well french but everyone was so helpful and tried their best to help me, from the emergency nurse, doctor, and the person in administration. It took me less than 5 minutes to wait for the emergency nurse, doctor and to see a specialist doctor. Everything went so smooth despite my emergency and I highly appreciate it.
