Good hospital, but procedures need to be improved. The reception staff doesn't know how to provide basic information. For example: My wife was admitted to the hospital at 7:40 a.m. with hemorrhagic dengue fever and bleeding. She had her blood drawn for testing at 9 a.m. and only got the results at 5 p.m. And every time she asked, they just said it would take a long time, but they didn't know how long, whether 2, 3, 5 hours, or whatever. After much insistence and after talking to the excellent doctor Renato, I got some feedback from her and was able to calm down. I learned that the results had been released after 3 hours, but that they weren't given right away. She had good internal treatment, but the time it took for the test results to be released and to give her a status was distressing. The structure seems to be very good, but it lacks integration between the areas and this could be resolved with training, procedures, and good management. Caique Fiel
