Hospital Rio Barra was opened in November 1994 as Hospital Rio Mar. Recognized as a high complexity hospital, it was acquired by Rede D'Or in January 2019.
Certified by ONA level 2, Hospital Rio Barra is constantly evolving. It has 24-hour adult, orthopedic and surgical emergency rooms, as well as a Medical and Diagnostic Center that combines cutting-edge technology and an integrated multidisciplinary team focused on safety and quality of patient care.
The Unit also has Hemodynamics, Surgical Center and Intensive Care Service that are constantly updated with Idor – Instituto de Pesquisa da Rede D'Or, supporting continuous qualification and high standard of care.
