There's some good people working here. But the organisation is not really nice to it's own staff. admin personnel are frustrated. Worst is at the 'inscription' desk. they ask you to come 30 mins in advance but even that is often not enough. the 'inscription' staff act as if patients are against them. i think they're overwhelmed and demotivated by insufficient procedures. - ABC
