Highly recommend this hospital as a tourist. While the majority of staff do not speak English, they were all incredibly kind and willing to work with me to ensure we understood what the other person was saying. I felt privileged to be under the care of Dr. Rafael. His bedside manner was textbook - he explained in detail why and how he was conducting his examination, and made sure I fully understood my treatment plan prior to leaving. Doesn’t hurt to use google translate, but it’s clear the people here care.
