It is the second hospital owned by Unimed in the Sul Fluminense region and the seventh in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The hospital was built on a 9,500 m² plot in the Jardim Jalisco neighborhood, aiming to enhance medical assistance and optimize healthcare costs for its members. The architectural project was approved in 2008, and construction commenced in August 2009. The facility offers a wide range of medical services, including emergency care, surgical procedures, diagnostic imaging, and specialized consultations.
