Hospital Universitário Gaffrée e Guinle (HUGG) is a university hospital in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, founded in 1929 and initially known as the Gaffrée and Guinle Foundation. It evolved to become a major teaching hospital, affiliated with UNIRIO (now the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro), and later a National AIDS Reference Center.
