1. Superb treatment here when my husband suffered a mild heart attack whilst on a skiing holiday. Ambulance arrived promptly, straight into the hospital, admission, tests done, stents fitted and out again in 4 days. I really can’t fault the excellent care and speed of treatment. In many ways I’m glad we were in France. He would still be waiting for a cardiology appointment in the UK. And no this isn’t a private hospital it’s a state run hospital with everything covered by the reciprocal health agreement with Europe. Patient only pays 20% of their daily cost so the whole episode cost us £610.
