Took my son here while traveling out of country. We waited only 4 minutes before being seen, truly amazing, better than in Canada! Staff spoke English which helped a lot. Very thankful for the staff and doctors here. I am very very appreciative to the doctors on diagnosing him so quickly. Total visit was only 90 minutes

My son has rapidly developed life threatening emergency and we didn’t have the time or option to choose a hospital. Luckily they were able to rapidly assess and operate him and this saved his life. Special thanks to the pediatric surgeon Doctor Cabrillo Torres Ricardo Cornello and the test of the team. We stayed for 4 days and everyone was really nice and helpful.

I am a bit surprised by some of the other reviews. I shattered my hand at the knuckle and came here after seeing the resort doctor. Everyone was courteous. Check-in staff and doctor were fluent in English. X-Ray tech and trauma doc were sufficiently fluent for me to understand. They numbed my hand thoroughly, manipulated my finger and stinted the hand, took more X-rays to ensure it would be sufficient, and told me to see an orthopedist in the U.S. when I got home and the swelling had subsided. Wrote me a script that the resort doc said he could fill, which he later did. Kept me apprised of costs at every turn. In and out in just over 2 hours, for $1506. Private medical care is expensive but this was faster than any US ER I know of, and I didn't feel it was unreasonable.
