1. My mother broke her leg the day before Christmas Eve....right from the beginning her (and my) encounters with staff were very good. Everyone was kind and compassionate. The next day, due to less staffing for holidays, a Doctor assisted the porter in bringing my mother down to the surgery floor. My encounters with the Doctors were informative and inclusive....pleasant (previous experience Doctors are usually aloof).
Everyone was very nice to my mother and took very good care of her. Great hospital with a great reputation. Thank you.
2. A family member recently had surgery here and I can't praise this hospital enough. Everything from the moment we entered to the moment we left was top notch. Everybody we interacted with was super nice, very professional and incredibly caring. Smooth process. Family was kept well informed. And the hospital itself is absolutely gorgeous! Didn't even feel like a hospital. For those here who have reviewed with complaints about this place, it seems that you for the most part had issues with individual people We had no issues with anybody. We came with humility and appreciation and zero attitude. And we were received with positivity, warmth and reassurance. Amazing hospital with amazing staff. Thank you.
