1. It's easy and important to donate blood. The HUG team are amazing. They are calm and efficient, helping you to feel comfortable, and they check all the time if the donners are OK. You can schedule the appointment on the site. It's fast and saves lives. To donate plaquettes, you need to call and confirm availability.
2. I never used the hospital because I was never seriously ill 🙏.
I visited different friends while they were staying there. There is something caught my attention more than once in the different hospital departments, the signs are written in different languages, and here I want to draw my attention to the Arabic language.
It's written incorrectly and has clearly just been translated by the site. I know there are workers who speak Arabic and they can help with this or in the worst case to hire someone.
3. The whole team of the CCU is amazing 🙏 even though I don’t speak french everybody was so friendly and helpful. Especially the nurses are doing a wonderful job, they are so kind and their positive energy is helping the patients as well as their relatives. The hospital is perfectly organized and it is very clean. The cafeteria and the waiting areas are comfortable and have nice art and decorations. Thank you 🙏
