Habilitation & Health is part of the Västra Götaland Region. We offer specialized care and support for permanent disabilities such as impaired ability to understand the world around us, communicate, hear, move and see.

Patients referred for habilitation must have a confirmed diagnosis within the habilitation diagnostic groups and the patient's difficulties must be clearly described. The need for treatment measures is determined by the severity of the disability and the degree to which everyday functions are affected.
