Indus super speciality Hospital was very clean ,I appreciated that the room was spotless and the bed linens were fresh . The staff was great , I had some complaints and problems. But , The staff name (Deepanshu) ‘PWD’ cleared all my problems and helped me solve my complaint. It was very helpful for me. I felt very cared for and supported during a stressful time. The staff was efficient, respectful and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay . The doctor clearly explained the procedure and what to expect which helped ease my anxiety.l was impressed with the teamwork and collaboration among the staff , which contribute to a positive patient experience.
