My dad has been in the hospital for a week- he’s been in the ICU, Neuro unit and now the first floor Therapy unit. He has another 2-3 weeks left in therapy after two strokes but we are all so grateful for the care he has received! The nurses are committed to excellence and stay on top of their care for their patients! The neurosurgeon and other specialists work well together and include the family on every update.💜🙏 My parents have been to the ER at this with some major health problems and the professionalism/care was not thorough or timely but once admitted, the care improves significantly. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our Dad!!! Also the hospital itself is newer and so beautiful! The family waiting areas are beautiful and comfortable. The cafeteria is clean and food is pretty good. There’s even a live piano player in one area that plays beautiful, peaceful music . Coming from AZ where I live, this is exceptional care and focus on comfort for each patient and their loved ones- as well as the staff, I’m sure! We are so grateful!

Most polite and professional experience I’ve had at a hospital. I arrived at my appointed time for same day surgery and was immediately checked in and brought back for pre-op. Admissions and surgical nurse were friendly and very competent. I was told exactly what to expect and the procedure went perfectly. The doctor and anesthesiologist were friendly and put me at ease. This was a text book example of how medical care should be provided. I even received a follow up call the day after the surgery from a nurse checking on my health.
