Everyone was so incredibly kind. From the receptionist, doctor, nurses, X-ray tech, everyone was so genuinely caring. I had like a 5 minute wait. They were very quick with all my scans and labs. The dr and nurse were very attentive and listened to me. I hate the way pain medications make me feel & because I told my nurse that, she pushed it into my IV slowly and talked with me to calm my anxiety. They took great care of me and I feel confident in my care, if I ever need to return for emergency services.

Went here today due to serious abdominal and back pain. Come to find out I have a cyst on my ovaries. I’ve been going to IU ever since middle school, I am now 22. I had serious health problems when I was younger and IU was the hospital that knew what my problem was after spending months going to many others. Today, the nurses and doctor were extremely kind, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. Will continue going to IU for probably the rest of my life .
