I had my first surgery the other day and was taken care of for about a week. I was admitted to the maternity ward, and all the doctors and nurses were kind and took really good care of me. The nurses in the operating room also held my hand and talked to me when I cried, and I remember feeling very relieved. Even after the surgery, I was unable to move freely, so they took care of me in many ways. It was my first surgery and my first hospitalization, so I was full of anxiety and worry, but thanks to the doctors and nurses I was able to overcome it. thank you very much.

I am grateful that you tried to respond kindly even though you were busy. I would also like to thank my family for their support. However, it is quite inconvenient that cashless payments are possible, but payments cannot be made on the same day after leaving the hospital on Saturdays and Sundays, so I think this should be improved.
