My son had to come in for something on his thumb that wouldn’t stop bleeding. Everyone was very friendly, but Freddie, the nurse, was exceptional. He was friendly, thorough, and patient with us. Dr. Patel was also amazing— the same goes for him. Very friendly! They were also able to get us in very quickly. This was by far the best trip to the ER

Just went to Jackson for a routine Colonoscopy with Dr Haris. Exceptional experience. Everyone took their time, made me feel comfortable and the procedure was fast. I was really impressed with the nurses and Dr Haris. Even received a phone call from him with the results to explain. They went above and beyond.
